The Hostel closes for one month in the spring; otherwise, bookings can be made a year in advance.

 

Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel a flexible or deposit-free reservation or amend your reservation, you must make changes 7 days before arrival. A cancellation or modification within 7 days, but before 10 PM MST the day before arrival, is a $35 fee per reservation. To cancel, either click the link within your confirmation email or request in writing at [email protected]. We understand things happen in even the worst of situations. Non-refundable bookings may be canceled and receive credit for a future stay, but will pay a fee equal to the cost of a one-night stay.
– Failure to notify us, or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation may be charged.
– If you arrive a day late without informing the hostel, we will try and find you a bed, but this may not be in the same room type booked and may incur extra charges
